The Outreach Committee’s purpose is to spread awareness of opportunities for service, committee work and group representation to individual groups, members and the SF and Marin Fellowship as a whole; and to gain an overall increase in participation from the fellowship.

The Outreach Committee was formed in 2023 with the primary initiatives being:
- Spreading awareness to groups across San Francisco and Marin around the importance of having an IGR and
- Onboarding 20 new IGRs by the end of 2023 as a result of outreach efforts.
