Focus on Our Primary Purpose

We hope you’ve had a chance to visit your shiny new website and noticed how easy it is to use. But did you also realize how well it serves our primary purpose—to serve the alcoholic who still suffers?

It all starts with the big homepage headline: “Do you want to stop drinking?” followed by “find a meeting.” There’s also a prominent section with newcomer resources, titled, “Want to stop drinking?” It includes:

  • 20 questions self-assessment
  • Contact information for SF and Marin Teleservice
  • FAQs about A.A.
  • Helpful literature such as “A Newcomer Asks” and “Is A.A. for Me?”

Be sure to check these out and share with a newcomer!

Got feedback on the new website? Please let Central Office know!
